1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (creativematrix.agency) or utilizing our digital services—including website development, SEO strategies, AI automation pipelines, and website maintenance—you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services We Provide

Creative Matrix builds future-ready digital architectures designed to scale businesses. Our technical expertise covers:

• Website & Web App Development: Next.js, React, and custom WordPress setups focusing on ultra-fast load times (less than 2 seconds) and top-tier code design.
• Website Optimization: Fine-tuning web assets for Core Web Vitals to achieve PageSpeed scores of 95+.
• Search Engine Optimization: Implementing technical SEO, programmatic local SEO systems, and optimized map citations.
• AI & Workflow Automation: Custom AI integrations, intelligent chatbots, and automated software pipelines through Zapier, Make, and secure APIs.
• Website Maintenance: Providing active updates, continuous security audits, and dedicated hosting support.

3. Project Plans & Service Scope

We organize our standard development and optimization operations into structured plans:

• Launch Plan: Ideal for responsive websites with standard SEO setup and 30 days of direct technical support.
• Growth Plan: Designed for custom web applications, advanced third-party integrations, and automated functional additions.
• Enterprise Plan: Offers deep technical SEO scaling, workflow automations, and dedicated partner developer support.

Any technical changes, feature updates, or iterations outside the mutually agreed project scope or standard plan parameters will require a separate contract or support hourly fee.

4. Payment Terms, Fees, & Subscriptions

• Development Milestones: Custom development tasks require deposit payments in accordance with your project contract before engineering work initiates.
• Monthly Retainers: Automated marketing campaigns, programmatic SEO retainer setups, and monthly maintenance structures are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel these plans at any time before the upcoming cycle initiates.
• Refund Policy: Due to the custom engineering hours, design steps, and proprietary setup labor involved, payments made for completed development milestones, onboarding work, and SEO campaign setups are completely non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property (IP) Transfer

Upon absolute clearance of all final payments, full design and proprietary codebase ownership is transferred directly to the client. Creative Matrix retains the right to use boilerplate logic, general API helpers, open-source scripts, and performance structures developed in-house to build subsequent projects.

6. Third-Party Platforms and APIs

Our team integrates client systems with third-party APIs (such as WhatsApp APIs, CRM suites, Google Maps, Zapier, and Make). We hold no responsibility for external API service interruptions, functional deprecations, policy updates, or extra usage pricing changes introduced by those third parties.

7. Performance & SEO Ranking Disclaimer

While we build search-optimized layouts, ultimate site visibility depends on search engine updates and ranking algorithms (such as Google). Creative Matrix cannot guarantee permanent high placements on specific keywords, though we commit to following high-standard engineering and technical guidelines to foster long-term rankings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Creative Matrix or its team members be liable for lost profits, ranking reductions, conversion fluctuations, or external system failures that might occur post-handover or due to unapproved backend modifications made by other developers.

9. Governing Law

These terms, contracts, and dispute resolutions are governed entirely by the laws of India, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Etawah, Uttar Pradesh, India.
